Liam is a very happy go lucky kid....I can't get enough of him.
A Smooch!

Liam has learned how to give kisses that are slobbery and open ended. Besides me Fletcher is his biggest fan!
The Children's Museum
January 15, 2009

We headed to the children's museum today for a little fun with Daddy! Liam was still a little young for most of the exhibits but it was a great way to pass some time on a cold Michigan day!
Liam and Daddy had a blast banging on the drums....
Cruising Along
January 7, 2009
So I think that our little guy is a little confused about the order of developmental milestones. He is cruising behind push toys, transferring from one piece of furniture to another but he does not crawl like a traditional baby or pull himself up yet. He must be an independent thinker that wants to do it HIS way. Go figure.
Peek-A-Boo

Liam may just be the best sleeper known to man kind! I am not kidding this kid sleeps 13 hours at night and then takes 2 naps a day that vary from an hour and a half to three hours. I known that I am spoiled rotten.
When I go in there to get him up from his naps he is rarely crying but just hanging out in his crib peeking over the bumper! Too cute.
Christmas in Michigan
January 1, 2009
We celebrated Christmas in Michigan on the first of the new year....better late than never! It took us a couple of days to recover from our trip to Chicago so once we settled in Liam had Christmas at our house.
Our mantle was full of Christmas socks made over the years by Grandma Jean, the tree was decorated with meaningful ornaments and of course the hounds were as ready as Liam. We had a quiet but great morning watching Liam play with his new toys.
Liam's First Christmas
December 25, 2008
Uncle Ross always puts on a great spread, Liam had a great appetite and also enjoyed all the unbelievable food.

After dinner we opened more gifts :) Liam turned into a true pro. Everyone was so generous, we are so grateful.

Christmas morning was an exciting one for the whole family. Liam woke up in a great mood and was dazzled by all the presents under the tree.
He already understood the concept of opening the present but he did not care what was inside, he just wanted to eat the paper!

My dad got this great mad bomber hat from my mom but it was too big so he gave it to Mike. Every time Mike put it on Liam would look at him like where did my daddy go? It was really funny.

Liam helped everyone open their gifts at my parents house, nothing would stop him! He is really such a sweetheart.

Liam's first Christmas was definitely one to remember. I am so thankful to have been blessed with such an easygoing and loving baby. He brings a smile to every face and is truly a miracle.
