Today I tried out my fancy gadget the Babycook from William Sonoma to make some apple puree. I started out with a Honey Crisp apple from the farmer's market.
Steamed it in the Babycook,
removed the skins,
and pureed the apples.
Then it was off to the ice cube trays and the freezer.
I loved the Babycook machine, it made it quick and easy and the kitchen smelled sooo good. Hmm just thinking of it makes me want an apple.
